> **Vantagens**: Generous free version, big quantity of different plugins, and simple idea behind and intuitive interface. I never had a problem of searching certain functionality for long time like with many other project management tools.

> **Desvantagens**: Not as effective in project management as ASANA or other project management systems. It cannot support an organization's yearly marketing plan. Too much information in one place, can't organize it so that it is manageable.

> Very expensive to implement for a pretty product that says can be a great management tool, but you can only organize it vertically or horizontally. Needs to be built out more and not have everyone working out of a tiny square. It is more of a fancy elaborate check list/to do list. Do not use for project management.
