Sharing files is super simple, I just copy link and people get access, no fuss. Collaboration in Docs and Sheets is great, we edit same file at same time and no conflicts. Search finds old files even when I forget the name, that saves me lots of time. Auto save has saved me more than once when my laptop crashed mid edit. Google Drive has an in-built files sharing feature which allows me to transfer and share files with my learners safely and directly from the storage without having to download them first. I like that i can categorize my files and store related ones under one folder and subfolder as it makes it really easy and convenient to access the files i require.
