A experiência foi boa. A ajuda online no onboading foi excelente. As instruçōes tem textos demasiado longos. E os videos são chatos porque explicam tudo o que o lodgify oferece (o que já se sabe, pois por isso se fez o contracto) e não monstram como fazer o que se pretende.

Vantagens

O onboarding e a maneira fácil de gerar a página individual

Desvantagens

Não estar claro que a ligação com as plataformas (airbnb e booking) não funciona se formos nós a fazer com o ical link. Essa informação faltou e fez-me perder muito tempo à procura de resolver os problemas, que por isso ocorreram.

Pricing, being able to keep pricing unified among different listings

Desvantagens

I haven't been using it that long, but I wish the calendar would show me the whole month view as in a regular calendar not this horizontal bar so that I can have a bird's eye view of my bookings for a specific month

Very positive and professional - from sales, to onboarding, to post-launch to all the support from the team. I want to thank the team for the best combo of holding our hand and pushing us to ensure we transitioned in the timeframes needed.

Vantagens

We chose Lodgify for it’s multi-channel support, remote lock integration, website builder and mobile phone support — all that was delivered as expected. In addition, the onboarding and post-launch support, as well as customer support has exceeded our expectations!

Desvantagens

There are a few features we hope to seem come more quickly in the roadmap, including support for sms/text messaging (this is how most folks prefer communicating) and some additional options on payment policies. We also would prefer an easier approach to handling phone reservations, as we do have guests who prefer to give us all their info over the phone and have us make it for them, versus online.

I purchased the professional package because it was advertised that no commissions were paid on...

I purchased the professional package because it was advertised that no commissions were paid on bookings, but then I realized that 4% commissions were applied on transactions via stripe payments. You don't read it in the terms and conditions but on the pricing page you see this commission which is called by a different name, just by hovering over the payment processing item. This is truly incorrect commercial behavior. I asked for a refund of these fees and was denied, replying that their fees are "transparent".
Furthermore, I activated Lodgify the first year at an affordable price, but on the first renewal the increase was exorbitant.
I would add that Google Vacation rentals would also be included in the professional package, but in reality this service does not work.
Ultimately the price plus the fees on each credit card transaction do not justify the usefulness for someone who has only one property like me.
But the worst thing is that the company does not demonstrate honesty in advertising zero booking commissions and then applying them using another name and without this other commission being able to be read on the prices page if not by passing over another item with the mouse.

Vantagens

building your own website is the only reason lodgify would be useful

Desvantagens

every channel has different way to manage rates. Preview rates doesn't shows the final rate you will get, because they don't consider the adjustment field you can use for every different channel. The app and the website on the cellphone has many glitches is almost impossible to use to modify when you need it because you are away from home.
