First it has some of the best help files of any software service I have used, ever. The help and instructions site is amazing because the information is available in multiple formats, like text and video, not just one or the other, so the information is available in the manner in which the user learns best. It is also set up so that different preferences can be accomodated. For example if someone tends to work well with color coding, but someone else works best with lists both can be set up. The ability to see the status of multiple tasks or projects at once is really helpful, and now they have expanded their templates and integrated AI so it is even easier and more effective for basic users > > **Desvantagens**: I honestly dont have a lot of downsides. Any issues I have had I have always been able to solve by going to the help files. > > I have had an outstanding experience with Monday.com\! This means that use of the software can be a bit half hearted by your company if only some people are allowed seats. The ability to track resources, time and budget is pretty basic, especially if you've come from something like MS Project. Updates seem to be mainly focused on AI at the moment, which can be frustrating, especially when features the community has been asking for for a long time continue to get pushed.
