Setup was fairly quick as well, i think it took a few minutes and I had to allow some minimal access so they could use my account. The search tool is also somewhat frustrating since when you click on a document and then return to the search menu it will reset. It seems like sometimes the biometrics (such as face id) do not even function properly in some international markets. The customer service could certainly be more prompt. > > It helps us to decrease the amount of paper and ink that we were using, thus making it more environmentally friendly. There is no support at all; even with a Business Pro account, we recived a standard answer from the support assitant that did not help us at all. Our card was charged, but we’re still not able to use the account properly. We bought the Business Pro plan and expected more follow-up than this, and certainly not issues assigning licences. Clucky UI and low value for money. Their plan and pricing structure is also very complicated and hard to manage what is correct for us. > > After several hours of trying to set it up we've decided to switch away. Our company required a signing solution that was quick and easy to use, this is not it.
