I needed an additional data capabilities for a client. They suggested to use Enterprise plan and gave me a quote (about $25 per month). They charged the difference and i though i was all set. However, 2 days later they charged me $70\! . I tired to contact them. I tried to cancel the plan. There is no phone, no email, no possibility of canceling online. > > I was happy to use them for 6 years. However, the unethical practices and inability to cancel drove me to change the provider.
